It was when, in the heart of Ronda, the first restaurant Tragabuches was born.
The philosophy was clear and revolutionary at the same time: to go for a KM.0 concept when nobody was talking about sustainability, traceability or local cuisine.
Tragabuches was a pioneer in putting the focus on origin, on authentic flavour, on what the Andalusian land and sea had to offer.
More than 25 years later, that same philosophy comes to life again, with the same passion, but with a look enriched by the passage of time.
Today, Tragabuches pays tribute to its roots by recovering the spirit with which it all began:
